We may (or may not) see an Overwatch version for the Nintendo Switch, according to Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan.
“Getting Overwatch on the Switch is very challenging for us,” Kaplan said on Reddit, “But we’re always open-minded about exploring possible platforms.”
Kaplan did express his interest in Nintendo hardware stating that he’s been enjoying the Switch so far and that the 3DS is his second favourite console.
Perhaps Nintendo will commission Blizzard to make an Overwatch version, I’m sure this will create a greater interest for the console, but judging from Kaplan’s statement it will probably be a while till we see (and if we see) Overwatch on the Switch.
