Bethesda has announced that Arkane Studios' upcoming first-person action game has gone "gold." If you're unfamiliar with the term, when a game goes gold, it means everything concerning the development side is finished and the game is ready to be pressed and manufactured for a retail release.
According to Bethesda, the game went through more than three years of development, 30+ versions of the game (accounting for different languages, countries, and platforms) are now ready for release. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Bethesda will be giving an "extremely limited" Overseer mask away, in addition to a signed copy of the game. If you're wondering, the mask is the one in the headline pic and sadly, it's not made of real gold.
