Following its recent announcement of its Day 1 Digital Program, Sony is now sending out emails to people that states that if you spend $100 upwards throughout the month of October, you'll get $20 back. I presume this rebate will be reflected on your PSN wallet.
If you couple that in with the PSN's Day 1 Digital 10 percent discount for PS+ members, you'll be able to shave a massive amount off for some of October's biggest games. Of course, you can't just sell or lend them, but at least you're getting a big discount, right?
Just for reference, the PSN will have games like Resident Evil 6 NBA 2K13, Dishonored, Medal of Honor Warfighter and more available day-and-date of their retail launch. Just get two of the games above and you'll receive $20 back making them approximately $50 each. Not bad, no? And that's not even factoring in the PS+ members 10 percent discount.
Will you be splurging next month on the PSN or is there no way you'll spend $100 on virtual stuff?
Thanks, PSNStores
