Relic Entertainment and THQ have just enabled the pre-orders of Company of Heroes 2 on Steam. Exclusive to the PC, those who participate in the pre-order process are eligible to unlock three tiers of bonuses.
Tier 1 includes Exclusive Company of Heroes-themed items for Team Fortress 2, which include a German Cap and Badge and a Soviet Cap and Badge. Although the studio hasn’t announced which classes will be able to wear the hats, it appears that the Medic will wear the German Cap, and the Heavy will get the Soviet Cap.
The second set of rewards includes a free copy of Dawn of War 2: Retribution.
The third and final set will provide players with the Company of Heroes 2 Commisar Chest containing in-game currency which can be used towards buying future content for the game, XP and Unit boosts in multiplayer, and a Commander Archetype.
Set on the Eastern Front of WWII, Company of Heroes 2 pits players as the Soviet Army as they defend their motherland from the Nazi invasion.
