Psyonix Announces Rocket League Toy Cars for Spring 2017

February 3, 2017 by Jordan Biazzo

Will you collect all 12 racers?

Psyonix announced today that they will be partnering with Zag Toys to bring Rocket League to life with a brand new line of toy cars. The toy cars are from the original line of mini pull-back racers — “pull back on the carpet or floor, wait as the power ratchet up, and let it fly!”

The toy cars are scheduled for a Spring 2017 release. At the moment, there are a total of 12 iconic battle-cars from the game to purchase. Each car will come packaged inside its own miniature Rocket Ball. Check out a sneak peek of how the toys will play down below:

The toy cars will also come packaged in a blind bag system, meaning that each of the 12 cars will be packaged at random. You will have to go hunting this Spring if you want to own all 12 cars. The battle cars that are announced are as follows:

Octane, Dominus, Masamune, Hotshot, Grog, X-Devil, Merc, and Backfire, along with four limited variants to round out the first dozen Racers.

The “pull back” Rocket League racers are set to release in Spring 2017.
