NeatheRealm has released some new gameplay for their upcoming fighting game, Injustice 2 thanks to the live stream they held earlier today. The gameplay features DC character, Robin. This Robin seems to be the son of Batman, Damian Wayne; watch some of Robins moves in the gameplay video down below:
Ed Boone, creative director at NeathRealm, stated that Injustice 2 will feature more obscure characters than the original. While the original Injustice hit a lot of the main DC figures, its sequel will focus on more characters for the die-hard DC fans.
In addition, Boone and NeatherRealm are looking into bringing Mortal Combat characters to the game in the future as DLC. It was one of the biggest requests in the original and they are hard at work trying to make it happen.
Lastly, Boone announced that the beta codes for Injustice 2 are being sent out now, so make sure to check your email inbox to see if you have been selected. However, if you didn’t make the first wave, don’t worry as more codes will be following.
Injustice 2 launches on May 16 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
