Gearbox has released a new trailer for Borderlands 2 and instead of just showing us random gameplay bits, the developers have enlisted the help of "Sir Hammerlock" to guide us through Pandora.
The video below starts with Sir Hammerlock showing us the different places Pandora has to offer vault hunters. There's a sprawling city, a wasteland and even some greenery to spice things up a bit.
In addition to the scenery, Hammerlock also shows the player the multitude of ways they can die within the game. Yeah, he's not that good as a tour guide, no?

No tour of Borderlands 2 will be complete without mentioning the game's new villain, Handsome Jack. Of course, it's up to you to stop him as you're a "bad-ass" — or at least that's what Hammerlock thinks.
Just think of this video as an intro for the entire game. We get to see the various character classes, the game's gunplay and even some of the skills earn late in the game — though one done with much more panache and style.
Borderlands 2 is set for release later this September 18 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
