There is no surprise that many gamers are eager to get their hands on Rockstar’s sequel Red Dead Redemption 2. The original was a massive success and left players wanting more.Rockstar has already confirmed that the game is set to release in the fall of 2017, but thanks to British retailer Littlewoods, we might now know a precise date.
The online retailer prematurely set the release date to October 2, 2017. Now this date does line up with it being a “fall” release, however, October 2 lands on a Monday. Check out the screen grab down below:
Typically speaking, games tend to release on Tuesdays, and very rarely do we see other dates besides Friday. However, being that this is Rockstar, there are no real rules to go by. They know the fans want the game and will get it regardless the day.
But take this with a grain of salt as Rockstar has yet to confirm anything about the game. Rockstar has yet to even give details about the plot. However, it is nice to see that the game is shaping up to release later this year. Hopefully we learn more about the game in the coming months.
