*UPDATE: The rumor is bogus and the voucher included in the Assassin’s Creed 2 box is for downloading wallpapers and other stuff, not the demo.
Assassin’s Creed 2, the follow up to Assassin’s Creed, is set to include a surprise for Sam Fisher fans. A pre-release copy of Assassin’s Creed 2 acquired by hiphopgamer shows that the game includes a voucher code which can be redeemed for early access to the Splinter Cell: Conviction demo.
A snapshot of the video in which a staff member of hiphopgamer is holding the voucher which says at the bottom “FREE EXCLUSIVE OFFER FOR ASSASSINS CREED CUSTOMERS ONLY” will be available with the retail copy of Assassin’s Creed 2. We can confirm that the voucher will be available with the Xbox 360 version as seen in the video at hiphopgamer but there is no confirmation whether the voucher will be available with the PC version.
