While Nintendo's Wii U is getting a ton of software support from Ubisoft, and even has THQ, Activision and EA on board, where's Capcom, you might ask?
If you think about it, the Street Fighter publisher has yet to announce a single game for Nintendo's upcoming console, if I'mt not mistaken. No Street Fighter, no Resident Evil, no Monster Hunter, no nothing. But that seems to be changing in the very near future.
In a post on it's official Unity forums, Capcom's Christian Svensson teased, "Some good stuff is coming and I’d love to tell you more… but for now, I have to keep it a surprise. Sorry."
So, what could this possibly be? If I had to wager a guess, I'd say a Monster Hunter Wii U game and maybe a port of Resident Evil 6 and they'd be revealed at this year's Tokyo Game Show (TGS).
For reference, when Nintendo released the Nintendo 3DS, Capcom went all out in supporting it with a Street Fighter IV port and a few Resident Evil spin-off games.
Hopefully, the publisher will bring the same level of support for Nintendo's upcoming console, no?
What would you like to see from Capcom for the Wii U?
