South Park: The Stick of Truth Screenshots Released

July 20, 2012 by Jen Shaffer

Colorado has never looked so cool.

It seems like our favorite Colorado boys will be seeing many new sights in The Stick of Truth if the four recently released screenshots are any indication. Each screen shows off a different environment with a variety of characters and scenarios. The fourth-graders will ditch the playground in favor of some colorful locales, from Gothic cathedrals to cheerleading practice.

Three of the screens seem to be battle scenarios, with the boys facing scantily clad girls, goths, cheerleaders, and Chinese children. The last appears to be a home base of sorts, called The Kingdom, with a collection of labeled areas like the Rock of Insanity, Pool of Vision, King's Tower, Stables, Armory, and the ever-important Wizard Stump. Fans of the series will be impressed with how the environments keep in line with the art style standard in all South Park episodes. Click on any of the above images for larger versions.

South Park: The Stick of Truth will launch on March 5, 2013 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
