It looks as though PS4 players will be given some bonuses just for playing on that chosen console. They will be given “first access to earn select online content” in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Sony announced the deal on the PS Blog this morning, promising that details would be revealed soon. So, it’s very unclear as to what “first access” to “select online content” means at this point in time.
The content could have some specific modes or maps, or particular unlockables that are similar to Sony’s Activision deal with Destiny, or even Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Black Ops 3.

There is already a petition to bring the game to PC, but so far, nothing is planned for that port.
