Rockstar is Giving You a Chance to Be in Max Payne 3’s Multiplayer

July 5, 2012 by Alex Co

Want to be an actual character in Max Payne 3’s multiplayer? Well, Rockstar’s giving you that chance.

Have you ever wanted to be immortalized in videogame form? Rockstar is giving a few lucky players the chance to have their likeness scanned for use in Max Payne 3's multiplayer.

If you want to enter, all you need to do is just play Max Payne 3's multiplayer. The event, which will start tomorrow and commence throughout the month, will need players to log in to Rockstar's Social Club Multiplayer Events across all platforms and is both for Soft Lock and Free Aim game modes.

This will take place twice a week, for the next four weeks. Players will see a "Social Club Event Playlist" tag appear in the Max Payne 3 multiplayer menus. Also of note, you need to have an account linked to Rockstar's Social Club, play in the recommended playlist and complete one full game to be considered.

Once you complete the game, you're automatically in the draw. Each week, Rockstar will be contacting one fan to be cast. If you've entered this week but weren't picked, you can try your luck again by playing another session in the Social Club Multiplayer Event playlist.

For exact times, use the time table provided below.

Not a bad move by Rockstar, I admit. This is honestly way better than the usual Double XP events we normally have for shooters, no?

So, will you be participating in this? More importantly, would you want your mug being shot by yout friends?
