When you watch the trailer, you’ll get a distinct sense that Babel Rising 3D is a God-like-Anti-Tower-Defense title. Sounds wrathful and interesting enough. In so many games we are forced to support NPCs, help them attain their dreams, rebuild their cities, take care of their birds, do their homework for them, but no longer.
Ubisoft offers a chance to destroy everything. The goal is to stop the Babylonians from building their famous Tower of Babel. You can burn the citizens, drown them, crush them under a giant rock, there are a lot of awesome vengeful-god powers you can unleash as you play this title. You’ll battle waves of tiny people and (hopefully) destroy everything in your sight.
Babel Rising 3D is currently available for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch for $2.99. If you’re running Ice Cream Sandwich, but want to get your hands on this game, just hold your horsemen of the apocalypse for one day. On June 15th, Android users will see a launch of Babel Rising 3D on all their latest devices. PC support will come on July 12th, and Windows Phone 7 version will appear shortly after.
