Tony Hawk HD in Action

May 15, 2012 by Mat Growcott

If you’ve been waiting patiently for a look at the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD, here is is.

There have been a few videos from the upcoming downloadable entry in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remake, but nothing I've seen has been as long or as smooth as this one. If you can't speak the lingo, ignore the speech, but enjoy the visuals, I think they more or less prove that this game is bringing the series back to its roots.

Now I'm not entirely sure that's a good thing, it depends too much on the price when it releases in a couple of months. Still, there's a reason that the pro-skating games became so popular at the turn of the century and I'm sure everybody involved in the RIDE games are secretly hoping people start to love the series again and that everything from the last five or so years will be forgotten.

Except for Tony Hawk himself, of course, who blamed the press.

Still, looking forward, you can't deny things are looking pretty good.
