There’s plenty of hype that is going around for the upcoming release of Hello Games indie title No Man’s Sky. This little indie game has become a highly anticipated title and while it’s not set to release until next week, some gamers already got their copies for the PlayStation 4 early. To top it off, one of those gamers already reached the center of the galaxy.
Redditor and gamer, Daymeeuhn, has become well known. This is the gamer that spent over $1,000 on an early copy of No Man’s Sky and it’s through him that we’ve gotten early gameplay footage leaked online. Now the gamer has returned to Reddit once again to make some big announcements.
Turns out that after thirty hours of gameplay, Daymeeuhn has officially made his way to the center of the galaxy, which is one of the main goals to No Man’s Sky. The goal alone had many gamers believing this task would be a drastically long journey to accomplish and if it’s up to Daymeeuhn, the game desperately needs a day one patch to make that a reality.
Apparently, Daymeeuhn was able to accomplish this massive journey in just under two days and it’s mainly due to one item’s in-game sales price. The Atlas Stone fetches for a very steep price so once Daymeeuhn sold it he was able to make some massive upgrades to his ship that cut down on his travel time. What the center of the galaxy holds is still a mystery as the gamer wishes to not spoil such a crucial part to the game.
However, that’s not the only thing that drew Daymeeuhn to make a new Reddit post. There are plenty of bugs within the game and upgrades that simply don’t make much sense. We don’t want to spoil much of the game for interested players so you can read all about the bugs and what to expect for No Man’s Sky through the Reddit post.
It will be interesting to see if Hello Games take notice of Daymeeuhn’s posts and warnings to gamers with certain expectations. So far, it doesn’t seem that the developers has made any further comment on the early releases of No Man’s Sky, other than pleading to fans that they refrain from looking at any content before it’s officially launched on the PlayStation 4 and PC this August 9, 2016.
