The next announced LEGO game has been inadvertently revealed by retailer ShopTo. LEGO Lord of the Rings received a great deal of support and fan excitement when it was announced last year, with the twist being that it wasn't. A misunderstanding of a press release by a couple of sites meant that gamers were made to be confused between the LEGO Lord of the Rings video game and the LEGO Lord of the Rings toy sets.
Still, it seems as though the disappointment of having the situation sorted out didn't need to last too long. As you can see in the picture above, found by AGB, is all that's left of the proof since ShopTo have quickly removed the image. If the release date is correct, the game will come out a month and a half before the first Hobbit film – just enough time to catch up on events before starting the story of the prequel (if you don't want to read the books, watch the films or listen to the BBC series that is).
