Skyrim’s Collector’s edition was quite expensive when it came out, a whopping $150. I could get a brand new Kinect to go with my current copy of Skyrim with that amount of money. It seems though that Amazon has realized that this price was too much and has given the game a discount. Skyrim collector’s edition for the XBOX 360 is now $100 with free shipping and the PS3 version is $104 with free shipping. The PC version however has not dropped in price and is actually more expensive than the console versions. Which I find odd but…whatever. Anyways, this is most likely a permanent price drop but if you have the cash I would get it now just in case people change their minds about the price.
With the collector’s edition for Skyrim you get an Alduin statue, the art of Skyrim official art book, The Making of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DVD, a neato map, and the game itself.
