NeoGAF moderator, EatChildren (yes, that's really his name) has posted what appears a tease from the latest issue of GamesMaster magazine promising the reveal of a "huge world exclusive" for it's next issue.
A quick Google search reveals the cannister at the bottom of the page is a common smoke grenade. This could be anything, but it's probably some sort of shooter.
I must confess: I quite like game reveal teases. I like to speculate on the possibilities, I like to bathe in the hype, and should the ultimate outcome be disappointing, I find I take it pretty well.
