Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is still barely crawling out of the gate. It’s been announced for about a day and we’re already seeing companies competing for your promise of buying the game from them, and them alone. Surprising absolutely no one, GameStop is the first company to unveil pre-order bonuses.
What is kind of surprising however, is the way in which they’re going about their pre-order incentives. For Black Ops 2 they have announced a series of waves of bribes. The first wave started today. You can get in on wave one by pre-ordering today. With wave one you will receive a double sided poster for the game as well as a Prestige token for Modern Warfare 3.
GameStop has yet to reveal what the following waves will include, my guess would be DLC and maybe a soundtrack or a hat or a race car. If you pre-order now you will be eligible for all four waves of prizes and neat stuff. It should be interesting to see what other companies have planned to win your hard earned dollar. What’cha got Best Buy? Amazon?
