Can’t wait for the upcoming Pokemon Black & White 2 or the strategy game Pokemon Conquest? Yeah me neither. Luckily The Pokemon Company know how to give us all our fix when we need it. On May 9th you’ll be able to download the dark-type Pokemon, Darkrai. Now isn’t that nice of them?!
Anyone with a copy of Pokemon Black or White, a DS, and a WIFI connection will be able to download the mythical Pokemon starting on May 9th. The move set has yet to be announced but in the press release they do say, “The elusive Darkrai comes equipped with a special attack and special Ability that send opposing Pokémon into a frightful scenario when used together.â€
Of course this does coincide with some other Pokemon events and products. The new Pokemon TCG set appears to be coming out around the same time. I haven’t played the TCG in forever but it seems to still have a decent following. On May 9th you will also be able to watch the entire Pokemon movie, The Rise of Darkrai over on Pokemon.com/ex There’s no word on when the event ends so make sure to not waste your time and grab your Darkrai as soon as possible!
