Paragon Gets Greystone Hero

July 12, 2016 by Nick Monroe

Epic Games added a new face to their Paragon roster.

ParagonGreystoneFeaturedEpic Games have followed through on their “new hero every 3 weeks” for Paragon mantra so far. The developers uploaded an overview video of what you can expect from Greystone, the newest hero to release for the game.

Greystone’s defining ability is his fighting mastery. The cards you buy for him should be centered on physical damage and attack speed. His Make Way ability deals a vortex of area damage, Assault the Gates has him leaping into the air slamming into his enemies from above. On the defensive side, Stoic lets you take incoming hits easier. Greystone’s Ultimate ability is Reforged – he turns to Stone, seemingly dying. But then he leaps back into life, crashing down from the sky and dealing devastating damage to anyone within his impact radius upon landing.

He’s part of an overall 28.1 update for the game, with a full list of patch notes that can be found over here.

Paragon is a multiplayer online arena fighter game that has two opposing sides fighting each other in order to destroy the other’s base. The maps are set up in a three lane system, which all have defensive towers deployed in order to make the journey more difficult. You have a choice from an ever-growing selection of heroes, who all have unique abilities to achieve success in this endless battle. For winning you gain, XP and card points, that allow you to to buy enhancements and boosts before a battle in order to have that extra edge.

To stay in touch with Paragon, check out their website, Twitter, and Facebook. The game is available now in a paid Early Access type of set-up, but the beta starting on August 16th will be free. You can check it out on PC and PS4.
