Batman: Arkham City Gets a GOTY Edition With an Expanded Story

April 23, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

The GOTY Edition of Arkham City comes with a new story starring Robin and Harley Quinn.

Rocksteady Studios and WB GAmes have just announced the Game of the Year Edition of their smash hit title Batman: Arkham City.

The new release of the game will include every single DLC for the title that has been released to date, including Catwoman (which came free with every new copy), Nightwing, and Robin add-ons. This edition also comes with the Arkham City Skin Pack, the Challenge Pack, the Batman: Year One Movie, and an all new expansion pack called Harley Quinn's Revenge.

A trailer of the Game of the Year Edition explains a portion of the story in Harley Quinn's Revenge, which takes place after the events of the original campaign. Unlike previous DLCs (Catwoman's campaign notwithstanding) the the new expansion is a story campaign for Robin.

Batman: Arkham City: Game of the Year Edition will be available on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 later this year.  Harley Quinn’s Revenge will be available individually May 29th (PSN) and May 30th (XBL).
