Skyrim and Rage to Have “Cool News and Surprises” This Month

It’s been a long time. Skyrim and RAGE were released last year and the only DLC we’ve gotten are mods probably made by some of you dear readers. However Bethesda’s very own VP of PR and Marketing, Pete Hines, says that “cool news and surprises” will be coming this month for both games.

“Some things coming down the road in April for all you Rage and Skyrim fans. April is gonna have some cool news and surprises. Stay tuned.” So tweeted Mr. Hines over the weekend.

This had better not be some late April Fools joke because I REALLY want some Skyrim DLC. Allow me some speculation if you will. As you recall the provinces Morrowind and Cyrodiil are in Skyrim, but apparently only for “aesthetic” value. People speculated that these provinces were going to be in later DLC when Todd Howard came in with the aesthetic value line. However, Howard did not deny or confirm that the provinces would be in future DLC. So it’s possible that one of the provinces in DLC form may be on the of big announcements coming (hopefully) soon. I’d actually like to see some improvements to the werewolf and more quests for the Companions, Winterhold, and the Thieves Guild.
