According to a blog post from Atlus, we can expect Persona 5 to come around on Valentine’s Day next year in North America. This is a delay from the broader “2016” release date that Atlus gave the game previously. But as far as the announcement sounds, it seems as if this Valentine’s Day 2017 release date is pretty finalized for Persona 5.
They detailed the PS4’s Premium Edition, titled “Take Your Heart”. It comes with a Persona 5 soundtrack CD, a 4” Morgana plush, a 64 page artbook, a Steelbook case for the game, and a schoolbag. It’ll be available for $89.99.
The blog post also took the time to reassure everyone that Persona 5 is coming to Playstation 3. It’ll be $49.99. They explained that the delay in releasing the game was due to the attention to detail they put into Persona 5‘s development, and when Atlus shows the game at E3 next week they’re confident that their efforts were worth the wait.
