Soon, you too can defy gravity while making your enemies eat lead.
Back in late April, Lawbreakers opened up their signups for the closed Alpha test. But today Boss Key announced that the testing will finally commence mid-June, with specifics being announced by Cliff Bleszinski during the PC Gaming Show livestream on June 13th. The closed Alpha will run throughout the Summer, with a gradual increase in availability to help stress test the game’s servers. But if you want to see the game in action, Boss Key has invited Twitch streamers to show off the pre-alpha game’s Overcharge mode on Grandview map. You can catch these livestreams on the 6th and 8th of June. Lirik, JackFrags, Melonie Mac, and a host of other twitch.tv personalities will be involved in those events.
Lawbreakers is set to arrive on PC with the chance of it coming to consoles if a “good partner” wanted to make a port. The game was originally set to be a free to play title, but it switched over to being a full-priced premium game sometime during it’s development. I previewed the game back in April if you’re interested in reading more about what Lawbreakers looks like now. (Disclosure: it was pretty awesome)
