The Great Battles of Skyrim: The Siege of Markarth

March 19, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

The forces of Skyrim duke it out in both melee and ranged combat over the various plazas of ancient Markarth.

Tyrannicon and Machinima have put up a video showing off the Siege of Markath, a fan-made short that shows off a major battle in the city known as the safest city in the Reach.

The forces of Skyrim duke it out in both melee and ranged combat over the various plazas of ancient Markarth. The battle erupts between the former inhabitants of the city, the Forsworn, and the Nords.

I'm almost certain that Skyrim would be a hundred times more awesome than it already is if such battles actually took place within the game. A pity that computers (and their console counterparts) can only support so much action going on at once.

The video is the second in a series of The Great Battles of Skyrim, also from Tyrannicon.
