Release Date and Platforms for Telltale’s Walking Dead Game

March 15, 2012 by Joe Ryan

Coming to…well, everything

If you've read a handful of my articles, you'll probably know that I am a zombie nut. Like many gamers, I just can't seem to get enough of the shambling undead. Maybe it's because, as many psychologists believe, I have a desire to shoot at people without fear of repercussions. I'm not going to dig into it too much.

But it probably goes without saying that I grab up every decent zombie-related game on the market. And since Telltale has a pretty good track record of releasing awesome games, combined with the fact that The Walking Dead is the best zombie series in comic book (and television, I guess) form, this thing sounds like a recipe for success.

If you are also looking forward to it, you might be glad to know that the game is coming out for almost every device ever. Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, PC, Mac, and iOS will all be seeing versions of the game. What's better is that the first episode is dropping in April, with others to follow 'regularly.'

So get excited, and look forward to some adventuring in a new zombie filled world in a few weeks!
