Jagex Games Studio has officially launched Chronicle: RuneScape Legends on Steam for the PC platform. This is a strategy card game that combines PvE with strategic PvP gameplay and after spending the last six months in beta, the game is ready for a full launch.
Much like Hearthstone, a card game that is based off the characters and created in Warcraft, Chronicle: RuneScape Legends is a card game based off the MMORPG RuneScape. The game will include more than four hundred cards upon launch for players to collect and attempt in battling against other players along with going through the supplied solo adventure play.
According to the supplied press release, gamers will be able to battle to reach a competitive rank, gain coins, gem shards, and platinum. Additionally, gamers will have to unlock new titles, badges, level up their in-game skills, and will have the ability to purchase new card backs.
This could give some competition to the already established strategy card game Hearthstone by the development team Blizzard Entertainment.
