March 1, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

Sony is expected to make a number of huge announcements at the upcoming GDC in San Francisco this March.

Loose lips sink ships, but in the case of Sony, these leaks are to be expected.

Ahead of the GDC event on March 5 to March 9, some blabbermouths at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe have been heard spoiling their GDc announcements at a local cafe by former BBC journalist and IGN director Justin Keeling, who made the following post on his Twitter account.

someone in this cafe near SCEE is taking VERY loudly about their GDC announcements #uncool

Keeling also added that some of the announcements pertain not only to GDC, but to E3 later this year.

@robsaunders1 @robfahey and now some E3 as well! Just as well I'm not in the media anymore :0

It remains to be seen what these announcements happen to be, but the smart money's on the PlayStation 4.
