If you're one of those people who hate Final Fantasy XIII and anything that's remotely linked to Final Fantasy XIII, prepare yourself for a rise in blood pressure. Square Enix have registered a website at chronobind.com, but it isn't anything to do with that hugely popular and long-missed RPG classic Chrono Trigger. Actually, it's part of a card game in the new Sazh DLC for Final Fantasy XIII-2.
It turns out that when a well-loved company registers a domain name bearing a resemblance to a series that has been seemingly thrown to the side of the road, people will start to jump to any old conclusions. Hopes were revived for the series when Square released ports of Chrono Trigger to the DS, iOS and on the Sony Entertainment Network, but things have gone quiet since then.
If nothing else, the excitement surrounding this "leak" proves that people are interesting in a continuation of the series, and no doubt Square Enix will take note of that.
