PlayStation’s handheld deviced called the Portal has been receiving fairly good reports as of late when it comes to the excitment going from the console overall. Not only that, Sony is working to keep the handheld giving its players and owners exactly what they want, no matter what that looks like overall.
On Wednesday, users will be able to updae their console to this brand new and improved networking connection system designed for the PlayStation Portal and it will also help players have better feedback touchpad areas according to VGC.
When players install this brand new update, they will be able to connect onto publich Wi-Fi networks, which will allow them to just enter a password and connect to it, which will now allow people to use their PlayStation Portal in hotel rooms, cafes, and even airports and more. This is very exciting for those who bought the console thinking they were going to be so much more limited than this.
If players end up trying to connect to a Wi-Fi that requires even more validation, gamers will be able to scan a QR code and easily use it to give the extra sign-in information that is required to get thier device connected onto the correct network.
It definitely makes it even better to see Sony working hard for their portable handheld to be accessible and easy for people all over to use, even while they are traveling now. It is refreshing to see them putting so much work into this device.
