During today’s Nintendo Direct, we got a lot of different announcements for many different games, including a new Zelda game, some remasters, a Zelda themed Switch Lite, a brand new Luigi and Mario RPG, and much more. Before the Direct itself, we learned about a brand new Mario movie being in development which will be the second movie to the one that released in 2023. But, one announcement that we are really excited about is Super Mario Party Jamboree…a brand new Mario Party.
Players have been wanting a brand new Mario Party, but many were unsure if this would be something that would later be announced on the new Nintendo console which hopefully releases next year, but it wasn’t confirmed. Instead, during this summer Direct, we learned about Super Mario Party Jamboree.
This brand new Mario Party is set to release on October 17, 2024 and will feature about 110 different mini-games with up to 20 players all bundled up into each one in a online match in a new mode that is called Koopathlon online mode. This is something that will definitely be good for exactly what it is – parties.
In the trailer, we see all of our feature characters in the game, and some, meaning that we will have a lot more characters to choose from playing as in this Mario party than we did back in the Super Mario Party All Stars game we got a few years back for the Nintendo Switch.
Super Mario Party Jamboree will be releasing on Octobor 17, 2024.
