When, in the future, the Reddit users look back on the internet of yesteryear ("it was better then, all we get now is reposts!"), they'll probably find that Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" was some sort of internet anthem. I imagine it could have been linked more times than perhaps anything else in the histroy of the internet and may well have single-handedly made Astley a lot of money.
In the middle of next week. you'll be able to RickRoll your friends and relatives as well, the track is coming to Rock Band as DLC. The Gold Star My Heart pack contains four tracks that'll test your nostalgia gland and put you in the mood for a really, really terrible Valentine's day.
Along with Never Gonna Give You Up, there's Poison's "Every Rose has its Thorn," Mr Big's "To Be With You" and Heart's "Alone." Boy, oh, boy, playing Rock Band is going to be fun next week.
