Kingdom Hearts 10th Anniversary Logo, Bundle Unveiled

January 29, 2012 by Mat Growcott

Although it’s not the HD collection that everybody wants on PS3, Kingdom Hearts is getting quite a nice 3DS bundle to celebrate its 10th anniversary

Can you believe that it has been ten years since the first members of the public left Destiny Islands and started an adventure that would take them to into a magical castle, under the sea, inside a whale and into the Cave of Wonders? Kingdom Hearts, originally released March 22nd 2002, will be ten in only a couple of months and, to celebrate, Square Enix have got some 3DS bundle shaped plans.

As well as the fairly pretty Kingdom Hearts 3DS announced a couple of weeks ago, you'll also get a copy of Kingdom Hearts: 3D and both Nintendo DS games – Re:Coded and 358/2 Days. You'll also get some art postcards and a protective cover. The whole set will be 15,000 yen (nearly $200) and has yet to be announced for the US or Europe.

Important members of the Kingdom Hearts franchise have previously teased a HD collection for their anniverary year, although it has yet to be announced.
