Any day I get to make a Pokemon post is a good day for me. And today is a good day. The Pokemon Company has announced today that starting February 12th players of Pokemon Black and White will be able to download Mewtwo to their games. February is apparently Mewtwo month for The Pokemon Company.
Not only will players be able to download Mewtwo to their games, but the next Pokemon TCG set makes it's debut on February 8th, featuring a new Mewtwo card. There is also a special showing of The Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon over on the Pokemon website.

The exact details on the downloadable Mewtwo won't be made until closer to release, so we still don't know what it's moveset will be or what it's level will be. One thing we do know however is that this download is only good for the Black and White Pokemon games. It seems The Pokemon Company is done supporting Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver.
Mewtwo has always been a pretty special Pokemon to fans of the series. He was a crucial part of the first game, a major player in the first TCG set and the star of the first movie. I was always more of a Mew fan myself, but no one can deny the importance of Mewtwo, or his badassness.
Edit: It seems I was slightly mistaken, it is The Pokemon Company putting all this together, not actually Nintendo.
