The Last of Us is an incredibly hyped and popular franchise right now. Thanks to the immense success of HBO’s live-action adaptation of the first video game, players are either enjoying the games all over again or for the very first time. While The Last of Us can be enjoyed right now from the PlayStation 3 to the PlayStation 5, PC players are soon going to have access to this incredible game. Later this month, players will receive The Last of Us Part I on PC via the Steam and Epic Games Store marketplace.
This is the remake of The Last of Us which was previously released on the PlayStation 5 platform. But those on PC will get their hands on the game on March 28, 2023. Still, it’s always nice to see what features will be coming to the game despite the title already released on the PlayStation 5. If you haven’t been keeping tabs on the game release for the PlayStation 5, you can view some of the features that will be incorporated into the game on PC. Check out the official Naughty Dog The Last of Us Part I PC Features trailer in the video we have embedded above.
Essentially, you’re going to get a brief look at some of the accessibility features and controller support options. These features include audio descriptions for cinematics, a high contrast mode, and, again, as mentioned, a variety of controller support options, including the Xbox Adaptive Controller and the PlayStation 5 DualSense. It’s worth noting that DualSense-specific features like haptic feedback will also be supported with this game on PC.
We have you covered for those of you who missed out on The Last of Us, along with the mega-hit HBO series adaptation of the first game. The Last of Us Part I will follow a man named Joel who is tasked with transporting a young girl named Ellie through a post-apocalyptic America. With an infected zombie-like virus that has spread worldwide, the journey is an emotional rollercoaster full of ups and downs. We even have a Before You Buy to help showcase a bit more about the game. Although, you will want to make note that this is the PlayStation 5 version of the game and not a review of the upcoming PC release. You can check out that coverage in the video we have embedded below. Likewise, you can check to ensure your PC can run the game by checking the PC system requirements right here.
