Microsoft just released a new promotional video showcasing the capabilities and technological advancements offered by its DirectX 12 graphics technology, which allows games to perform 20% faster than they would with DX11. This new technology, which is only being used by Ashes of the Singularity at the present, allows game developers to pump even more graphical fidelity into their games without the framerate hit.

The trailer shows off the full list of the first games set to be powered by DX12. They include the following:
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Forza Motorsport 6
Quantum Break
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition
Fable Legends
King of Wushu
Ashes of the Singularity
Just Cause 3
Not a bad list of games to start with. Even more titles will use DX12 as Microsoft phases out earlier versions of Windows and encourages the adoption of Windows 10 into mainstream use.
