There’s still one final salvo for Batman Arkham Knight, as Arkham Insider shared details on what’s coming in the Season of Infamy.
Bruce is taking on several new scenarios, which, of course, presumably occur before the events of Arkham Knight itself. Among his enemies are a few ninja clans, the Mad Hatter, Mr Freeze, and Killer Croc.
In the mission they preview, Bruce is sent to investigate a fight between two ninjas. We don’t get to see the outcome of the fight, but if you follow Batman in the comics, you may or may not know where this could possibly lead to.
The Mad Hatter mission is conspicuous in its obtuseness. The Hatter willingly gives himself up to the GCPD, and under suspicious circumstances. It’s up to Bruce to interrogate the Hatter and find out what they’re planning and he’s stalling the authorities from finding out.
The Killer Croc mission is set in a gigantic crashed airship, as Bruce enters the immediate ruins in chase of the caiman giant. Rocksteady loves using the Croc, and they promise this will be him and his most deformed ever.
Details on the Mr Freeze mission are sparse, but we do know he’ll be wearing new armor more befitting of Fries the scientist.
Also coming is the very popular 2008 Dark Knight armor, that is finally making it to Batman Arkham Knight, as a new skin. This was particular notable achievement for Rocksteady, as it can usually take 18 weeks to make a skin, and they finished this in record time.
