Its Thanksgiving Thursday and this means… Black Friday deals are now live. As the retailer offers up promotions earlier and earlier, so too are the savings competitiveness between retailers. While last week Microsoft confirmed the $50 price drop for the Xbox One on Black Friday being available at may retailing partners – they made little mention of what they have up their sleeves for the official Microsoft Store.
This changed late Wednesday evening as the Microsoft Store has unveiled a multitude of Xbox One deals, with all bundles getting a $50 price slash treatment along with an additional bonus of $60 worth of Xbox Gift Code — and to top it all off, a free game of your choice (granted the game choices are a bit on the old side).
Xbox One Black Friday deals from Microsoft Store:
All bundles receives a $60 Xbox gift code plus choice of free game.
- $299 (14% Off) — Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle
- $349 (13% off) — Xbox One Fallout 4 1TB Bundle
- $349.99 (13% Off)– Xbox One Rise of the Tomb Raider 1TB Bundle

$60 Xbox Gift Code Plus Free Game
As mentioned above, you'll be receiving a bonus $60 Xbox gift code after adding any of the bundles listed above to cart. The gift code will be emailed to you on December 14 and you can then claim the code in your Xbox account.
For the free game, you have the choice between Assassin's Creed: Unity (Nov 2014); Forza Horizon 2 (Sep 2014); Sunset Overdrive (Oct 2014); and Rare Replay (Aug 2015). All of the titles are 2014 released games, except for Rare Replay which debut relatively recently on August 2015. Of course, the compilation is of games from years past – so its not exactly a "new" release either.
In terms of value, the best bang for your buck is probably the Fallout 4 1TB bundle which nets you a new Xbox One with more storage, plus a November released AAA that's still worth near its full list price.
While the free games aren't exactly the latest titles, these are additional freebies not offered elsewhere at other retailers (such as Best Buy, Walmart, or Target) for Xbox One Black Friday bundles deals. Short of the much-talked about Dell offer of Fallout 4 and an extra wireless controller – we think you'll be hard pressed to find a better Xbox One deal during this 2015 Black Friday season.
