Like a grenade tossed into the path of a zombie, Call of Duty: Black Ops III's price is only a fraction of what it was this week at several retailers for PC. The game may be $59.99 on Steam Store, but pre-ordering at GMG, DLGamer, or FunStock Digital will get you a discount – as much as 31% off!
We've rummage through all the Black Ops III deals we can find, from PC Steam version to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 copies. As is typical, PC gets the best discount while the better pre-order deals for console versions of Black Ops III will reside at big box retailers.
PC Black Ops 3 Deals
- Green Man Gaming is $43.78 (Steam Key) — $43.79 (list $60)
- DLGamer is $44.99 (Steam Key)
-
Funstock Digital is £26.99 after coupon code (Steam Key)

Console Black Ops 3 Deals
- Microsoft Store includes $10 Xbox bonus + Free release day delivery
- Best Buy is offering a $10 rewards certificate
- Dell Home is offering $25 in Dell eGift Card promotion
The discounts are all meant to be a pre-order incentive only. After the game's November 6th release, the savings will obviously fade away. In the case of FunStock Digital move faster, the coupon was set to expire at the end of October but last we checked, its still giving that 25% off.
The catch you have to deal with on these discounts is that there doesn't appear to be any pre-order bonuses attached with these deals. On Steam Store right now they're offering you a free Nuk3town bonus map and two Advanced Supply Drops for use in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Neither of those will be had at the digital retailers listed above, so if the Nuk3town map is important enough maybe going full price at Steam is the way to go.
For the Microsoft Store deal with free release day delivery – make sure you order before Wednesday November 4th by 10AM Pacific to qualify for the free guaranteed delivery of Black Ops III by this Friday. (You'll also have to live in an area with overnight delivery services – so if you're in rural Kansas, you're out of luck).
Best Buy and Dell Home are both offering their typical console pre-order offers, which is a $10 rewards certificate for Best Buy and a $25 eGift Card for Dell. Both are good offers if you expect to buy something from them in the near future (hint: Black Friday & Cyber Monday).
All console pre-order deals come with the aforementioned Nuk3town bonus map. Call of Duty: Black Ops III is developed by Treyarch and will arrive later this Friday on November 6th for all major platforms. The PS3 and Xbox 360 version is developed by different studios, and will be a multiplayer-only release (which interestingly enough, isn't being carried at any of these major retailers listed above, except for Amazon).
