Star Citizen 2.0 Previews Port Olisar, Star Marine Development At Final Phases

October 24, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

The Environments team is almost done doing their part for the FPS module.

Cloud Imperium Games has shared the latest update to Star Citizen 2.0.

No release date for Star Marine was shared, but they are inching closer to completion. To sum quite quickly, they have made these changes/improvements:

·         Created new systems that allow you to split ships in two;

·         Recorded new audio;

·         Balanced AI ship behavior;

·         Crusader stepping forward with repair bots and traffic simulation;

·         and Ui improvements.

For FPS itself, they have been working on reload animations, ADS, and Stop – Start. The Environment’s team is now also at the ending phase for this module, with the Covalex Shipping Hiub already ready to go.

You can read more about the changes here, and watch a preview of Port Olisar above.
