The Fallout 4 Announcer Pack is expected to be available in Dota 2 by mid-November.
The pre-order bonus joins previously announced bundles like the perpetually sold out Pip Boy Edition and the Gold Edition, which comes with a sweet pair of Vault Boy socks. The game officially releases on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on November 10, 2015.
