It seems that ongoing development on Fallout 76, despite what many in the community may think about the state of the post-apocalyptic RPG. It’s been revealed that Silicon Valley-based games development company Sperasoft has been working closely behind the scenes with Bethesda Game Studios to support the ongoing development of Fallout 76.
In an update shared over on the company’s website, the contributions Sperasoft have made towards Bethesda’s real-time multiplayer entry into the much-loved Fallout games franchise have been revealed. Specifically, the studio has worked predominantly on the game’s 3D art, namely props, apparel, and character assets. Denis Larkin, COO at Sperasoft, explained further in the statement.
We are glad to be a part of Fallout 76 development. Sperasoft Creative teams continue contributing to this role-playing video game, so fans can enjoy seasonal updates.

It’s therefore expected that this partnership will continue, with members of the Sperasoft art team staying on to support the ongoing development of Fallout 76 through the latest and newest seasonal updates. The news comes off the back of a reveal earlier in the year that UK-based development studio Double Eleven will be working with Bethesda to create brand new content for Fallout 76, some of which is planned to be revealed in the latter part of this year.
It seems that Bethesda is clearly not planning on giving up on Fallout 76, which has undoubtedly seen its fair share of struggles over the years since its launch back in 2018. However, with these announcements alongside the reveal of a five-year plan for the game, it looks like fans will have plenty more Appalachian adventures to explore in the near and distant future.
In other news, the Xbox and Bethesda showcase gets underway on June 12th, so we may see some further updates on the Fallout franchise very soon. Alright, that’s optimistic, but you never know.
Fallout 76 is available now on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC.
