The mysterious teaser site has turned up from Square Enix and Yahoo! Japan showing some info about an upcoming announcement. Yes, it’s not an announcement, but an announcement of an announcement. Reportedly, Yahoo! Japan and Square Enix are collaborating in a big project that will have a proper press release on October 5th.
In addition, the website features a Twitter feed that shows the tweets with the hashtag #sqex_y, a fancy background and that’s about it.
Because of the joint announcement with Yahoo!, the game might have a browser only component. That’s speculation, so that may be anyone’s guess – we’re going to have to wait and see.
