The upcoming Need for Speed from Ghost Games will have a closed beta test on the PS4 and Xbox One platforms, EA has announced.
Gamers interested in trying out the game ahead of its release can sign up for the beta on the game's official website today, with sign-ups open until Friday. You'll want to head on over there and register yourself before the end date if you want a chance to get in.
Interested applicants who own both PS4 and Xbox One platforms can sign up for both platforms. There are no plans for a PC test at this time.
EA has not revealed how many players they'll be admitting to the test or when it'll begin, however. EA states that due to limited space, they may not be able to accept all players who register.
The developers state that the beta is intended to test out some technical aspects of the game and to prepare it for launch.
Need for Speed is set for release on November 5 for the PC, Xbox One and PS4.
