Rise of the Tomb Raider’s Collector’s Edition Uncovered

August 26, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Features a 12" inch Lara statue, notebook, steelbook, and more.

Rise of the Tomb Raider developer Crystal Dynamics has unveiled the game's Collector's Edition, which will be available for $150/€140 from November 10th.

For your money, you get:

  • Full retail copy of Rise of the Tomb Raider for the Xbox One
  • An exclusive 12”-tall statue of Lara Croft, which depicts her searching for answers on her first great Tomb Raiding expedition
  • Collectible steelbook
  • A replica of Lara’s leather in-game journal
  • A model of Lara’s Jade Necklace, including the pendant that was her first archeological discovery, and the strap that was given to her by Conrad Roth, her late mentor

The Collector's Edition is now on sale through the Tomb Raider store, the Square Enix European store, and the Square Enix North American store. It's unclear if it will be available through other retailers.

Rise of the Tomb Raider follows on from the events of the 2013 reboot, and sees Lara travel to Siberia in an attempt to uncover the secret of immortality as she battles an ancient order, wild animals, and the harst environment. She will also get around to raiding tombs from time to time.

The game is coming to PC early next year and to PS4 in winter 2016. An Xbox 360 version will also be released on November 10th alongside the Xbox One game, but it seems there's no Collector's Edition available for that console.
