Nintendo Reveals Fall Holiday 2015 Roadmap Release Dates

August 24, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

Nintendo mentions quite a few indies, but makes one glaring omission.

Nintendo has revealed their slate of upcoming releases for the rest of the year. For 2015, the slate is lopsided for Wii U over 3DS .

Without further ado, we’ll just list it down below:

Wii U

Runbow – August 27 (15 % discount if you participated in Nindies@Home promotion)

Disney Infinity 3.0 – August 30

Super Mario Maker – September 11

Skylanders Superchargers – September 20

Lego Dimensions – September 27

New Super Mario Bros U / New Super Luigi U bundle – October 16

Yoshi’s Wooly World – October 16

Just Dance 2016 – October 20

Guitar Hero Live – October 20

Fatal Frame: Maiden of Dark Water – October 22 (eShop only, free-to-start)

Shovel Knight – October (debut of the game’s retail disc version, includes Plague of Shadows in-disc and will come with free future updates)

Star Fox Zero – November 20

Xenoblade Chronicles X – December 4

Devil’s Third – December 11

Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival – holiday

Mario Tennis Ultra Smash – holiday

3DS

Skylanders Supercharged Racing – September 20

Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer – September 25 (retail version comes with free card, eShop version comes with theme)

Chibi-Robo Zip-Lash – October 9

Zelda TriForce Heroes – October 23

Yo-kai Watch – November 6

Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon – November 20

Without a doubt, the revelation that Fatal Frame: Maiden of Dark Water is now eShop only is the biggest shocker. However, you may also note that Nintendo failed to mention Prope’s and NIS America’s Rodea the Sky Soldier, which is coming to both systems on October 13.
