Speaking at QuakeCon 2015, id Software's Marty Stratton announced that attendees at the event will be the first gamers to get their hands on the pre-alpha of DOOM's highly anticipated multiplayer mode.
In addition, he announced that anyone who pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order will soon be able to play the alpha and eventually beta of the game's multiplayer.
In the next few months, Bethesda and id Software will be selecting Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC players from the Wolfenstein: TNO beta pool to participate in the multiplayer alpha.
To ensure that you get selected, redeem your DOOM beta code at the following site. If you bought the game digitally through Steam, PSN, or Xbox Live, you don't have to do that—you're already set. You will be alerted to a digital entitlement once the alpha test begins.
Everyone who pre-purchased the game will be eligible to participate in the multiplayer beta ahead of DOOM's 2016 release.
