The upcoming Heart of Thorns expansion to Guild Wars 2 adds some interesting character class customization options in the form of "legends", available for the game's new Revenant class.
By playing the Revenant, players can channel legends from Guild Wars past and use them to power the skills each legend has available to them.
In addition to the three existing legends that have already been announced, ArenaNet has revealed a fourth legend that's physical-damage-focused. Enter Shiro Tagachi as the next Revenant legend, who adds slashing and mobility to the mix.
By channeling this legend, the Revenant will gain access to dual-wielded swords and a host of skills specific to Shiro. The folks from ArenaNet reveal that one such skill is Rift Slash, which allows players to slash foes with dual swords creating an unstable rift, damaging enemies nearby. Precision Strike is another skill that arms players with blades that they can quickly throw out to both damage and chill enemies.
